Digital Signatures and Certificates

As a valued member of our Access All Arts Community, we have something special just for you... You can now download our exclusive digital email signatures and certificates to proudly showcase your involvement and celebrate your pupils.

  •  Our digital signatures can be added to the end of your emails to proudly showcase your involvement in the arts.
  • Our certificates can we awarded to your pupils to recognise their efforts at the end of your arts week. Whether you're recognising the most creative, the most enthusiastic, or the most improved pupil in your class, we want to help celebrate them.

To use our digital signatures, follow the below steps:

For Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook. 
  2.  Click on File → Options. 
  3.  In the Mail category, click Signatures (button near the top right). 
  4.  In the Email Signature tab: Click New, name your signature. Enter your signature in the editing box (you can format text, add images, links, etc.). 
  5. Choose default signature settings (for new messages and replies/forwards).
  6.  Click OK to save.
